engaged in activities involving knowledge or technology in the natural sciences and humanities, or related businesses, based on a contract with an organization designated by the Minister of Justice. This working qualification allows management of one\u2019s own business. The period can be 5 years.<br \/>\r\n      The United States and China account for the majority of these professionals, but in recent years, numbers from India have increased significantly.
