to engage in activities that require skills based on the technical intern training plan related to No. 3 organization-managed technical intern training as certified by the Technical Intern Training Act. The Minister of Justice designates residence status individually for a period not to exceed 2 years.<br \/>\r\n      In 2017, most entering under this category came from Vietnam, but since then, the number from China, the Philippines, and Indonesia has increased rapidly.
