Project Members

  • Susumu Sato

Senior Lecturer, Urban Geography and GIS, Faculty of Economics, Kanazawa Seiryo University

I use GIS (Geographic Information System) tools to visualize regional differences that cannot be obtained from statistical data alone, and to understand the daily behavior patterns of people in different regions. The various movements of people targeted in this project will also be elucidated using such GIS tools.

  • Kunio Kadowaki

Visiting Fellow, International Law and Geography, Institute of Social Sciences, Toyo University

My interest lies in the boundary area between international law and geography. In this project, I am particularly interested in ways to visualize local order below the national scale and the global value of such local order.
