Technical intern training (ⅱ) (b)
“Technical intern training (ⅱ) (b)” allows interns to engage in activities that require skills based on the technical intern training plan related to No. 2 organization-managed technical intern training as certified by the Technical Intern Training Act. The Minister of Justice designates individual residence status for a period not to exceed 2 years.
Over the past 10 years, China has consistently maintained high levels of both emigration and immigration, but since around 2015, Vietnam has recorded a significant increase and, in 2019, surpassed China. Since around 2018, residencies from Indonesia have gradually increased. Although the number of entries from other Southeast Asian countries has grown somewhat, it remains small compared to Vietnam and Indonesia. However, few arrive from regions other than Southeast Asia, and almost none arrive from Africa or Europe.
